Our Services & Process
Assessment Journey
This process involves up to 5 sessions, tailored to your family’s needs.
Sessions 1-4: We’ll gather information and complete assessment tools together.
Session 5 (if needed): We’ll observe family interactions in a natural setting.
We may also speak with others who are important in your life, with your consent.
We can work with folks who may have experienced trauma, substance abuse challenges, parenting struggles or mental health needs.
Working with us, we will discover personal strengths while creatively exploring ways to utilize all skills to assist you with your current life’s stressor or challenge. By doing this, this creates a healthy path towards your goals and new development of managing challenges.
Strengths‑Forward Clinical Assessment
“We believe in empowering individuals and families by identifying both challenges and strengths. Our assessment process includes Strengths‑Forward Clinical Assessments for anxiety, depression, substance use risk, and strength finders, along with a collaborative SWOT analysis. These tools help us create a clear picture, which we’ll discuss in a Strengths‑Forward Clinical Assessment, to build a wellness plan that leverages your unique strengths as opposed to focusing on the current negative state you may be in.”
By engaging in this process, you will begin to see improved management of life’s stressors, increase parenting skills and overall wellness of the family unit.
Initial Contact & Inquiry
Your journey begins with a confidential reach-out, either through our website or by phone. This first step allows us to briefly understand your needs and determine how we can best support you.
Assessment scheduling
After your initial inquiry, we’ll work with you to schedule your Resilience & Growth Mapping Session at a time that fits your schedule. We aim to make this process as smooth and convenient as possible.
Assessment sessions
This involves up to five personalized sessions where we’ll gather information and complete assessment tools together. Our goal is to build a clear picture of your strengths and challenges to create a truly supportive plan.
Follow-up
On-going Clinical Coaching Support (if needed). Following the assessment, we’ll discuss our findings and potential paths forward, offering ongoing Clinical Coaching as needed. We’re committed to ensuring you feel supported as you move towards your goals.
